Iraqi air force on Wednesday launched an airstrike against Daesh militants' main weapons depots in Al-Shirqat district in Salahuddin province.
Nine members of Daesh terrorist group were killed in the airstrike, an Iraqi news agency quoted a statement by the Interior Ministry as saying.
The airstrike resulted in killing the so-called "eastern side supply official" in Al-Shirqat, while eight of his fellow members were injured, the statement added.
