
Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan condemned the terror attack on a museum in Tunisia that claimed the lives of 23 people.
During a phone call with Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi Thursday, Sheikh Mohammed offered his condolences and wished the injured speedy recovery, the WAM News Agency reported.
The UAE supports Tunisia in its confrontation against terrorism and extremism, he said.
Gunmen in military uniforms killed 23 people on Wednesday in a midday attack on Bardo Museum in downtown Tunis.
