Aden Governor Abdel Aziz bin Habtour denied reports that militants of the southern popular committees have controlled the city, the radio and television building and other government and security facilities during clashes that took place at dawn Monday between the Yemeni central security forces and the militants.
In statements carried by "September 26" website of the Yemeni Defense Ministry, Habtour said Aden is fully controlled and security committees will meet later in the day to take decisions to bolster security of the governorate.
