
Minister of the House of Representatives' Affairs Magdy el Agati said that the Supreme Committee for Legislative Reform will hold a meeting soon to discuss a number of draft laws that were finalized by its sub-committees.
In statements, Agati said the committee is waiting for the prime minister, who is the committee's head, to set a date for the meeting.
The committee's secretariat held a meeting this week to discuss amendments to some laws regulating communications and a draft law concerning cyberspace security.
The meeting was attended by Communications Minister Yasser el Qadi and representatives form the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and security officials.
The meeting was delayed to next Thursday for further studies, Agati added
