Al Azhar Undersecretary Abbas Shoman warned from a fierce war targeting education in Egypt in general and Azharite education in particular to destroy the future of the coming generations.
He stressed the importance of working hard to protect the Azharite educational system from any attempts to make people lose confidence in it.
These remarks came during the meeting held on Sunday between Shoman and the officials of the Azharite institutes sector to probe measures taken to control the make up exams.
He said that the measures taken during the first round of exams constitute a step on the right track, adding that the Azharite educational system should be protected.
Shoman underscored the need to adopt new methods to overcome cheating and leaking exams, noting that Egypt faces organizations that work on weakening the educational system in it.
