General Organization for Youth and Sports (Goys) president Hisham Mohammed Al Jowder received at his office chairman of the Bahrain American Council president Dr Sadiq Khalafalla, in the presence of Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.During the meeting, Al Jowder presented the youth and sports movement in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the most respected achievements in line with the support of the kingdom’s leadership to thee two vital sectors.Al Jowder also briefed the visitor on the new strategy of the General Organization for Youth and Sports towards youth and sports movement, which is compatible with the strategy of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, being presided by Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.The Goys president also reviewed the most prominent youth and sports events that have been organized, in addition to future programs that target the younger generation and assist them to be creative in various fields, develop their talents and abilities, besides creating a young generation of leaders contributing to the process of development in the Kingdom.Both officials also held talks on possible means of cooperation between the two sides in the field of youth and sports.
