
Head of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari and the Union of National Powers delegation headed by Osama al-Nujaifi stressed on the importance of preserving the constitutional timings of forming the government.
A statement by his office said that al-Jaafari received a delegation from the Union of National Powers, headed by Osama al-Nujaifi and discussed the political situation, and security, and the situation of the displaced families from areas where military operations against the IS.
He added that the two sides stressed the importance of maintaining the constitutional timings of form the government, and to work on the need for integration among the legislative, executive, and judiciary authorities, and that the performance of the House of Representatives should witness a qualitative leap in the legislation of laws that affect the needs of citizens, and the practice the the constructive monitoring role, and the fight against corruption, and achieve security and stability.
