
A security source in Diyala said that six mortar shells fell on the Alzerkosh tribe area northeast of Baquba today 14, Sep launched by elements of Islamic State (IS).
He told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / elements of the (IS) fired six mortar shells targeted the Alzerkosh tribe in the Hamrin area, northeast of Baquba, damaging a number of houses without casualties.
He explained that the villages in Hamrin basin is being subjected from time to time to mortar shells caused damage to the property of the people.
Meanwhile, the source pointed out that two militants of the (IS) were killed by Peshmerga forces stationed in the western side of Lake Hamrin, northeast of Baquba, while trying to cross the lake by boat carrying munitions .
