The Saudi-led coalition announced the formation of a fact-finding committee to investigate into reports that a mobile medical unit in Yemen's Ta'iz was targeted by Arab coalition forces.
Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) said one of its clinics in Yemen has been hit in a Saudi-led coalition air strike. The medical charity added it told the coalition the location of the facility in the city of Taiz before Wednesday's attack, which injured nine people.
In a statement, the coalition urged all humanitarian organizations operating in Yemen to coordinate with it before moving to any Yemeni city and avoid being in areas under the control of Houthi militias who target civilians.
The coalition said it contacted the MSF to get more information on the incident and would announce the results of investigations to the local and international public opinion.
