
The Arab conference on the Arab family and contemporary changes will open on Sunday in Egypt's Red Sea resort of Sharm el Sheikh.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Social Solidarity in collaboration with the Arab League.
Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali will attend the opening session along with South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda, Bahraini Minister of Labour and Social Development Jameel Humaidan in addition to Arab League Assistant Secretary General for social affairs Badr Al-Din Al-Alaly.
The gathering will tackle various issues of Arab family affairs in view of the current changes, dangers and challenges.
The final session is decided to declare the agenda, to be set by the conference members in order to achieve the targets of 2030 sustainable development strategy with regard to the Arab family affairs.
