
The Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi on Saturday held here talks with the Libyan Foreign Minister Dr. Mohamed Abdulaziz, who is also the Chair of the current session of the Arab Foreign Ministers' Council. The talks focused on the topic inscribed on the agenda of the extraordinary meeting of the Arab League Council dedicated for the discussion of the course of the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations, and Arab action to be taken in the future to support the Palestinian negotiators. In a related context, the deputy Secretary-General of the Arab League Ahmed Ben Helli, held consultations with the chief Palestinian negotiator, Saeb Erekat, just before the start of the extraordinary meeting to agree on action plans and the draft resolution to be issued by the Ministerial Council.
