Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil El Araby called on the international community on Sunday not to turn a blind eye to Israel's nuclear weapons and facilities.
The nuclear deal signed by Iran and the 5+1 group is a good step, but it should not distract our attention from this critical issue, namely Israel's possession of nuclear weapons, Araby said in a speech to the opening session of the 2nd joint conference between the Arab League and the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs.
He called for settling regional disputes and fighting terrorist groups as fast as possible to prevent the collapse of Arab countries and maintain their security.
