Arab League assistant secretary general Ahmed ben Heli said the pan-Arab organization is concerned with the Libyan issue.
In press statements, he said the Arab League will take part in the meeting of international envoys on Libya in Paris on Thursday.
He called on the international community to shoulder its responsibility toward stability in Libya, and not to give justifications for terrorism to spread.
Ben Helli said the Libyan problem must be resolved through dialogue and putting an end to the cycle of violence, calling on all parties to join the dialogue.
Libya has been in a state of turmoil since the fall of long-time Muammar Gaddafi's regime in 2011.
