Arab League ministerial meeting kicks off in Cairo

The 145th Arab League meeting at the level of ministers has just started at the headquarters of the pan-Arab body in Cairo.
The meeting is chaired by Bahrain's Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
The meeting will discuss a 25-item agenda, including the current political, economic and social issues and challenges facing the Arab nation.
It will also discuss preparations for the upcoming Arab summit, to be held in Mauritania in July.
