
The Arab League (AL) on Tuesday underlined the necessity of building its potentials in the domain of crisis management.
At a regional meeting on crisis management that kicked off here earlier in the day, AL Assistant Secretary General Haifaa Abu Ghazala added that efforts are exerted to set up a network on this score.
Up to 527 participants from Arab interior ministries and crisis management departments along with universities from 14 Arab countries are taking part in the event.
Abu Ghazala took up in her speech the crises that are jeopardizing regional countries, asserting that this state of affairs requires collective action to stand up to these crises.
