
Arab Parliament confirmed support for the formation of a unified national government in Iraq which is working to overcome the difficulties and to provide a decent life for all components of Iraqi people.
Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Jarwan, Head of the Arab Parliament, said in a statement Tuesday "the Arab Parliament stands behind the Iraqi people and calls for strengthening the rows and put aside their differences in order to protect Iraq from the dangers," congratulating the new Prime Minister Haidar al-Abbadi for assigning him on forming the Iraqi government.
Al-Jarwan added that the circumstances of the critical phase requires everyone to work towards a unified and sovereign Iraq to achieve the aspirations of Iraqi people with all its components in the security, stability and decent life, stressing that the security and stability of Iraq is the most important aspirations of the Arab peoples.
