Ashura Season 2014 Coordination Committee convenes

 The Coordination Committee for Ashura Season 2014 (1436 in the Islamic calendar) convened today under the chairmanship of Vice President of the Primary Healthcare Services Dr. Fatima Yaqoob.
Medical and administrative preparations for Ashura season were discussed. Dr. Fatima Yaqoob thanked Health Minister Sadaq bin Abdulkarim Al Shehabi and Health Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Aisha Mubarak By Unq for their confidence in nominating the Coordination Committee's Head and members.
She also thanked all those who contributed to the success of last year's season by providing optimum health services for the mourners, reiterating the committee's pledge to continue providing top-quality medical services as per the duties assigned with it.
The committee also discussed equipping Imam Al- Hussain Clinic and organising work there to provide the mourners with high-class medical and nursing services.
