Association of Judges denounces attacks on colleagues in Egypt

The International Association of Judges has denounced any attacks on judges while performing their duty.
The association fully supports Egypt in its war against terrorism, it said in letters of condolences to Justice Minister Ahmed el Zend over the assassination of prosecutor general Hesham Barakat and three judges in Arish Tuesday.
The International Association of Judges also pledged to adopt initiatives and measures meant to shed light on such heinous attacks on judges.
The Egyptian Judges' Club joined the association while it was headed by Zend.
