
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb issued a decree no. 1346 for 2015 to appoint Khaled Lotfi Hassan El Attar as an ICT Infrastructure Director at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for one year, the ministry said in a statement.
Communications and Information Technology Minister Khaled Negm said Attar has over 30 years of experience in supervising the execution of more than 100 projects in informatics in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Germany and the United States.
He occupied a leading position in IBM for 28 years and Raya company, besides his work as an assistant in Cairo University for a period of one year, the minister added.
Attar holds a B.A. in engineering with honors and MBA from the Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport. Moreover, he currently studies for the doctoral degree in the change management at the University of Liverpool.
