
The Arab Women organization (AWO) Wednesday launched a relief campaign to help refugees and Syrian children in Egypt in cooperation with Misr Foundation for health and sustainable development and Fard Foundation.
Themed "you are more important", the campaign is meant to offer support for women refugees and Arab children in the medical filed.
The AWO was among the pioneering organizations that raised alarm over the over Arab refugees crisis and challenges they face, Director General of AWO Mervat el Talawi said during a press conference.
Citing her tour of four Arab countries, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt, Talawi highlighted efforts excreted by these countries to offer support for refugees.
