Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa visited on Sunday Saudi Alnoor Specialist Hospital to inquire after Egyptian pilgrims who were injured in the Mina stampede incident.
Gomaa, who also acts as head of Egyptian pilgrimage, was received by Saudi medical services officials who briefed him on the most sophisticated equipment in the hospital.
The Saudi officials praised the constructive cooperation and coordination among all members of the Egyptian mission and the hospital's administration.
They pointed to the valuable services, including the health ones, provided by Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to all pilgrims.
