The Kingdom of Bahrain has highly appreciated the efforts made by the 5 +1 Group aiming to reach a framework for the Islamic Republic of Iran's nuclear programme.
Bahrain expressed hope that "the framework will lead to a final agreement that guarantees peace and security in the region", the Bahraini Foreign ministry said in a statement carried by Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
It also expressed hope that "the coming period will witness a qualitative change in Iran's policy regarding non-interference in the internal affairs of countries in the region, especially the GCC countries, and commitment to cooperating positively and constructively in order to achieve security and stability in the world."
