Bahrain chairs GCC meeting in Riyadh

A GCC work team in charge of conducting a study on the peaceful uses of nuclear energy today held its 24th meeting. Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Abdulla Abdullatif Abdulla chaired the meeting at the GCC General Secretariat in Riyadh. Bahrain's delegation featured officials representing different ministries. The session discussed the uses of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes and the cooperation between the GCC and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria.
