Bahrain interior minister receives causeway official

Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received on Tuesday the General Director of King Fahad Causeway Organisation, Bader Al Otishan, in the presence of President of Customs Affairs, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa to know the latest of the development project of the causeway. The Minister ordered the fast completion of the project that includes the establishment of new zones for application processing in Saudi and Bahraini sides to accommodate the increasing number of travellers to process applications with top accuracy. The Meeting also discussed procedures to facilitate movement of trucks as HE the Minister directed to benefit from modern technology to facilitate security and customs procedures. Al Otishan expressed thanks and appreciation to HE the Minister for his support and follow up for the best interests of causeway users.
