
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain, received on Friday, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the U.A.E. Foreign Minister. Sheikh Abdullah conveyed the greetings of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to Prince Salman. He also expressed his happiness at meeting the Crown Prince of Bahrain, praising the good atmosphere provided by Bahrain to allow an exchange of views about various issues at the Manama Dialogue. Sheikh Abdullah expressed his hopes that Bahrain, under its wise leadership, would enjoy more progress and pride. For his part, Prince Salman stressed the strength of fraternal relations between Bahrain and the U.A.E., noting the continuous communications between the two peoples and their leaderships. He also praised the aspirations of two countries towards further integration and coordination in various fields, referring to the role of the U.A.E. in strengthening the march of the GCC and joint Arab work, beside its effective role to strengthen dialogue and understanding as well as in consolidating security and stability in the region. Prince Salman also welcomed Sheikh Abdullah's participation in the Manama Dialogue 2013.
