Bahraini chief of staff honours UAE group of Peninsula Shield Forces

BDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Shaikh Daij bin Salman Al Khalifa honoured today officers and members from the UAE group of the Peninsula Shield Forces marking the 43rd anniversary of the UAE National Day.
The UAE embassy Charge d' Affaires Ahmed Al Mazroui, Advisor Ali bin Hamdha Al Ali and Commander of Khalifa bin Zayed Brigade 2 Brigadier Isa Rashid Al Mehiri attended the celebration which was held at Shaikh Isa Royal Military College.
The BDF Chief of Staff held a lunch banquet in honour of the group and congratulated them on the occasion. He underlined strong fraternal ties binding both countries and the leaderships' keenness to further cement them in various fields.
The celebration was attended by Military Security Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa'ad, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Logistics Major General Ahmed Yussef Al Ruwaie, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations Major General Dhiab Saqr Al Nuaimi, Royal Shields Commander Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa and senior officers from BDF and the Peninsula Shield Forces.
