Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received today Interior Minister Lieutenant General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, in the presence of Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Lieutenant General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Lt. General Shaikh Rashid lauded strong historic relations between both countries and their leaderships and their perpetual growth thanks to continuous care by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He updated the Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Lt. General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in a discussion session held at the outset of the visit, on the security situation in Bahrain and the efforts made by the Interior Ministry to tackle it. He stressed Bahrain's firm stance in enforcing the law, lauding bilateral cooperation in the security field. Lt. General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed respect for the brotherly visit, wishing Bahrain more progress and prosperity and continuous security and stability. The Interior Minister was accompanied during his visit to the UAE by a delegation comprising officials from the Interior Ministry.
