Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa receives UAE ambassador

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Al-Safriya Palace today the outgoing UAE Ambassador to Bahrain Mohammed Sultan Saif Al-Suwaidi.
HM the King commended the good efforts exerted by the Ambassador to consolidate the outstanding historical relations bonding the two brotherly countries.
HM King Hamad requested him to convey his greetings to the UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the UAE people, under his leadership.
HM the King lauded the solid bilateral ties, affirming constant keenness to strengthen them in order to meet the aspirations of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
HM King Hamad hailed the role played by the UAE in championing Arab and Islamic causes at various gatherings, wishing the Ambassador every success in his future assignments.
HM the King conferred the Bahrain Medal of the First Class on Ambassador Al-Suwaidi in recognition of his tremendous efforts to boost the distinguished bilateral relations.
