
King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, to lead the Bahraini delegation to the 36th Session of the Supreme Council of Arab Gulf (GCC) States Summit which begins later today.
The King was received upon arrival by the King Salman bin Abdulaziz and senior Saudi officials.
In statements carried by the Baharini news agency, the Bahraini king said "We are pleased to work with our brethren in the GCC to accomplish more steps to bolster the blessed drive we have adopted towards Gulf integration in all fields, to achieve our peoples aspirations, to keep up with current developments and respond to future aspirations."
