
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today received Oman's Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah . His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, attended the meeting.
Oman's Foreign Minister is currently on a visit to Bahrain leading his country's delegation to the 5th session of the joint committee.
HRH Premier highlighted the strength of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) stems from its cooperation and unity and the development of the Gulf action system to meet the aspirations of GCC countries and people toward more prosperous future.
HRH Premier hailed the booming bilateral cooperation that embodies the historical relation bonding the two leaderships and people. He underlined intensifying the exchange of visits and cooperation, mainly economic, trade and investment fields.
HRH Premier expressed optimism about the outcomes of the joint committee meetings that will contribute to reinforce bilateral relations and joint action to meet the goals of the two brotherly countries.
HRH Premier lauded the progress and prosperity witnessed by Oman in all spheres under the leadership of HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said .
Oman's Foreign Minister commended Bahrain's leadership's resolve to boost bilateral cooperation relations in various areas, expressing keenness to further enhance cooperation in the interest of both countries and their people.
