
President of the Court of HRH Prime Minister, Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa, received Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Rafi' the Chairman of the Bahrain Medical Society (BMS)and several board members.
Shaikh Hussam congratulated them on winning the trust of members of the Society's general assembly in the new board formation, wishing them success in enhancing the situations of doctors and practitioners.
The Chairman of HRH the Premier's Court has assured them about the Government's keenness on supporting the BMS and assisting it in order to accomplish its lofty mission of promoting the medical and health vocations in the Kingdom and amelioration of the working conditions of its members. He praised the role of the BMS through its participations at regional and international functions that reflect the Kingdom's advanced medical and health services. Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed hope that their efforts would succeed in the upcoming period.
From his side, Dr. Mohammed A. Rafi' has expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation of the Government and its constant support and assistance to the BMS and to developing the health and medical sector in Bahrain. He presented an overview of the society's activities and future contributions. He stressed the society's constant performance of its national role in boosting the health service in the Kingdom.
