Bahraini Shura chairman receives Jordanian ambassador

Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh received the Jordanian Ambassador to Bahrain Mohammed Ali Siraj. He underlined outstanding relations and cooperation between both countries and the leaderships' keenness to further bolster them.
He also hailed the successful visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to Jordan early this week which was a reassertion of Bahrain's keenness on further promoting bilateral relations.
The Chairman voiced the kingdom's strong denunciation of the killing of Muadh Al Kasasba by the terrorist organisations which are using Islam as a pretext to carry out their suspicious terror plots. He re-asserted Bahrain's unwavering stance in supporting Jordan in its war on terrorism, stressing that Arab cooperation is the need of the hour to stave off the ambient danger.
Both sides also discussed ways of boosting bilateral parliamentary relations and issues of common interest.
