Bahraini Shura Secretariat, Civil Service Bureau co-organise workshop

The Shura Council's General Secretariat and in cooperation with the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) on Thursday organized a workshop on the introductory programme of quality management systems and spreading culture regarding the said project.
The workshop follows the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the General Secretariat and the CSB and also considered one of the phases of quality systems project to obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The workshop explored several themes, primarily: requirements of quality systems and goal formulation techniques.
Also, a presentation was made to explain how to attain the planned goals regardless of obstacles. The workshop discussed smart goals as well as how to set up strategic goals and transform them into practical objectives.
