Bahraini SJC's president receives legal researcher

President of Supreme Judicial Council(SJC) and Chairman of the Court of Cassation, Chancellor Salim bin Mohammed Al-Kuwari, on Monday received legal researcher Mahmoud Ramadan Sahwan.
Researcher Sahwan presented to Chancellor Al-Kuwari a copy of his thesis: Contravention, Disciplinary Penalty, the Principle of Legitimacy: A Comparative Study) towards the requirements of obtaining a master's degree in public law from the University of Bahrain (UoB).
Chancellor Al-Kuwari expressed his gratitude and appreciation to him for this invaluable dedication, praising the efforts of the legal researcher in order to obtain this higher academic degree, citing the significance of research that enriches legal aspects in Bahrain especially in the disciplinary system and judicial application, wishing Sahwan success in his academic and working career.
In conclusion of the meeting, the researcher has expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Chancellor Salem bin Mohammed Al-Kuwari for the welcoming reception.
