
The Council of Representatives has strongly condemned the defamatory statements made by Lebanese terrorist oganisation "Hizbollah" against the Kingdom of Bahrain
Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mullah rejected the statements which represent a flagrant interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs and a threat to its national security.
In a statement today, he slammed the unjustified and recurrent stances of the terrorist militia; condemning the subversive support and training it provides to disrupt Bahrain’s security.
"Bahrain is proud of its judicial system and constitutional establishments as a country of law and institutions", he said, adding that Bahrain will never be intimidated by any terrorist acts and threats.
He said that these flagrant statements lay bare the harbouring of violence and incitement as well as the double standards of terrorist organisation which will never compromise Bahrain’s security, stability and national unity.
The Speaker voiced confidence in Lebanon to take the necessary measures towards those hostile statements and wrong and instigative accusations which, he said will never drive wedges among the people of Bahrain
"The Kingdom of Bahrain, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, had shown the whole world, that its well-capable of settling any problem and overcoming all challenges without the interference of any side", he said.
