
Explosives disposal experts were able to defuse a bomb placed near two power towers that were targeted overnight Monday.
A number of terrorists had planted six highly-explosive bombs near the two high-voltage towers in Nubariya city.
Power lines fell down on Cairo-Alexandria road. Six persons suffered from fractures and bruises in a car crash after the power lines fell down. The injured were moved to the Ameriya Hospital in Alexandria a same-day surgery center in Wadi el Natroun.
Traffic was halted and the power went off in Nubariya city
Police cordoned off the area.
