Border guards continue crackdown on criminals, smugglers

Border guards continued to launch strikes against criminals and smugglers Sunday with the aim to tighten the security grip across the country and intensified security measures on all strategic directions to secure borders.
The border guards of the western military zone thwarted attempt by 162 people to illegally enter Libya.
A huge amount of drugs and five bird shot guns were seized in the border area in el Sallum.
In North Sinai, four tunnels on the border with the Gaza Strip were destroyed by the Second Field Army.
