Cairo metro operational on January 25 revolution anniversary

Cairo metro will be fully operational on the anniversary of the January 25 revolution, the Metro company head said Sunday.
Metro traffic on the three lines will be operational during celebrations of the revolution anniversary and Police Day, Ahmed Ibrahim said.
Transportation police will be available at all stations and all metro workers will be on alert to face any emergency, he said, urging citizens to preserve this vital utility.
The transport minister, meanwhile, will be also present at his office since the wee hours of Monday to make sure that all means of transportation are operating normally, Ibrahim added.
