Meetings are continuous at the Foreign Ministry amid the high alert at the country's authorities and institutions to get updated with the conditions of abducted Egyptians in Libya.
The crisis management panel, formed upon directions of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, is in permanent session to contact the families of the abductees, Libyan official and non official parties, and chieftains to get familiar with the latest developments in this regard.
Meantime, Foreign Minster Sameh Shoukry held contacts with some European counterparts on Libyan developments and ways of establishing security in the war-torn North African country.
He also met with Arab League (AL) Special Envoy to Libya Nasser al Kidwa.
The Foreign Ministry reiterated that reports on executing the kidnapped Egyptians have never been confirmed.
Sisi directed the bodies concerned to carry out an urgent and emergency plan to evacuate Egyptians who wanted to return home.
