
The supreme disciplinary board of judges upheld a previous ruling sending former chairman of the Judges' Club Zakaria Abdel Aziz to compulsory after being convicted in the storming of the now-National Security Agency in the aftermath of the 2011 Revolution.
Today's retirement order is irrevocable and unchallengeable.
The senior judge has been investigated over his participation in storming the security building, located in eastern Cairo's Nasr City neighborhood, on 5 March 2011.
On 4 and 5 March 2011, several State Security Agency buildings were raided across Egypt by protesters.
