
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, this evening visited the Majlises of the Bin Hindi family, Mr. Ali Al Amin and Mr. Adel Al Muawdah in Muharraq.
During his visits, HRH Crown Prince emphasised the significant role of the Kingdom’s reform programme, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in reinforcing national values that promote stronger unity, loyalty and patriotism within Bahrain’s society.
HRH Crown Prince noted the significant achievements of HM the King's reform programme, and stressed the importance of working within the framework of the 2001 National Action Charter’s (NAC) principles to further reform, development and long-term stability.
HRH Crown Prince went on to highlight the importance of consensus-based mechanisms that seek to address the interests of all, within the framework of the law and the constitution. He emphasised how these mechanisms reflect modernity and translate into sustainable solutions to issues affecting society.
HRH Crown Prince further highlighted Bahrain's commitment to sustainable economic development and enhancing productivity and competitiveness. He particularly stressed the important role of the private sector in further driving economic growth and supporting the public sector. He added that the private sector remains a vital pillar in Bahrain’s diverse economy as well as its role in creating opportunities across the Kingdom.
HRH Crown Prince underscored the importance of economic reforms that enhance the role of the private sector and reinforce its role in Bahrain’s diverse economic strategy. He stressed the importance of key programmes and strategies aimed at developing training and skills for Bahrain’s workforce to help increase contributions to both private and public sectors.
HRH Crown Prince concluded by extending his best wishes to the people of Bahrain during the holy month of Ramadan, and underlined the importance of increasing interaction among Bahrain’s society. He particularly accentuated the role of the people of Muharraq in serving the Kingdom across various sectors and the historic legacy of Muharraq city in the Kingdom. His Royal Highness stated that the city of Muharraq, with its architecture and neighbourhoods, illustrates Bahrain’s rich culture, heritage and values.
For their part, the audience expressed their gratitude for the announcement of their upcoming meeting with His Majesty King Hamad in Muharraq. They also highlighted the role of His Royal Highness in developing Bahrain’s economy and reinforcing Bahrain’s values, and in particular, the unity of Bahrain’s society.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa also accompanied HRH Crown Prince during his visits to the Majlises this evening.
