Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense chaired a Cabinet's session at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Monday afternoon. . At the outset of the session, the Crown Prince, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the leaders of Arab countries for their efforts and constructive cooperation for the success of the 3rd Arab Economic and Social Development Summit and their keenness on the culmination of the results of its works with important decisions that will strengthen joint Arab actions and contribute to the achievement of Arab economic integration and the welfare and prosperity of the Arab peoples. The Crown Prince asserted that the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the summit to increase the capital of Arab financial institutions and existing joint companies by not less than fifty percent with the Kingdom's commitment to pay its share of the increase to be agreed upon, embodies the King's keenness on advancing the efforts of Arab development and achieving direct and immediate benefits for Arab citizens.
