
Daesh terrorist group in Libya mutilated at least 12 people in the city of Sirte.
All the 12 people were killed by the terrorist group through clashes in Sirte and most of them are from the Salafi group, the Libyan news agency quoted sources with the city as saying Saturday.
Libya has descended into chaos since the fall of its leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011. It has two parliaments and two governments vying for power, one based in Tripoli and one in Tobruk in the east.
Only the Tobruk-based government is recognized by the international community
