Deputy Premier receives UAE ambassador in the Kingdom

Deputy Premier, HH Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, received in his office this morning, the UAE Ambassador, Mr. Mohammed Sultan Al-Suwaidi, on the occasion of the latter's appointment as new ambassador for his country in the Kingdom. At the meeting, the Deputy Premier welcomed the UAE Ambassador and wished him success in performing the duties of his diplomatic assignment. HH Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa praised the deep-rooted historic bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples and their continual development and growth in all spheres. A number of issues of mutual interest were also explored during the meeting. (IY)
