
Dheba Port Customs has foiled two attempts to smuggle a quantity of banned 'Tramadol' tablets amounted to 81,682 tablets.
Part of this amount was hidden in a consignment received by Dheba Customs, while the other part of the quantity was hidden in the cooling device of a truck.
Director General of the Customs port, Ali Al-Atwi, explained that the two attempts to smuggle this amount have been foiled and necessary legal action was taken.
He highlighted continuing successes achieved by the Customs in thwarting smuggling attempts across all land, air, and sea Customs ports all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
