Lebanese President Michel Sleiman on Monday considered that dialogue, along with constructive political discourse, should be the sole means to solve pending problems in Lebanon. Sleiman told the Parties Gathering delegation, that the governmental affair was subject to dialogue in order to change to the better and embody national unity. He also shed light on the need to solve the Lebanese economic situation. For their part, members of the delegation presented to President Suleiman their vision for the development of the situation in the country and lauded the President’s efforts to rally all Lebanese around the dialogue table. The Lebanese president is carrying the task of establishing dialogue between all Lebanese factions in his capacity as head of the national dialogue that includes different leaders of the Lebanese political forces. Separately, Sleiman went over the Swiss-Lebanese ties today during his meeting with Switzerland’s Ambassador to Lebanon, Ruth Flint.
