The Minister of Human Rights Affairs Dr Salah Ali today lauded His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa keynote speech during the opening of the 3rd session of the 3rd legislative term of the Representative and Shura Councils and its important content that reinforces Bahrain's achievements in the field of human rights and highlighting the endorsement by the United Nations of Bahrain's Human Rights report. In an exclusive statement to Bahrain News Agency Dr Salah said that it was an honour and pride for His Majesty to recognize the efforts exerted by all those who had participated in achieving the national accomplishment. He also affirmed that the Ministry of Human Rights shouldered greater responsibilities in the upcoming phase in all that is related to human rights in Bahrain especially with regard to the recommendations made by the Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry (BICI). He also affirmed that the ministry would place a clear plan to implement all recommendations within the set time frame.
