
Nine suspects, among them two Omanis, were arrested for possession and smuggling of narcotics.
The Directorate General of Narcotics Control in South Al Batinah Royal Oman Police arrested six suspects for possession and smuggling of hashish, heroin, Avian and 633 psychotropic capsules.
In a similar case in Buraimi, the Directorate General of Narcotics Control arrested three suspects for possession and abuse of narcotics where officers found 1029 Kemadrin tablets.
Suspects have been referred to the public prosecution for legal procedures.
