Egypt has categorically denied reports that there is a difference with Saudi Arabia.
"There are complete identical views and full coordination between Egypt and Saudi Arabia toward all issues," Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry told chiefs of Egyptian newspapers and Middle East News Agency.
"This has been affirmed during a recent joint news conference with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al Jubeir in Cairo," Shoukry said.
As about a reportedly Saudi-Qatari-Turkish axis rival to the Egyptian-Saudi-UAE one, the top Egyptian diplomat said "the Egyptian-Saudi relations are based on agreement on goals, attitude and approach and even measures."
He did not dismiss that there is a different analysis between Cairo and Riyadh for a certain case.
Shourky asserted that "the constant coordination between both countries is well enough to settle these difference in analysis thanks to the highest level of consultation and coordination."
He cited his meeting with King Salman bin Abdel Aziz on Sunday on sidelines of the funeral of late foreign minister Saudi Al Faisal.
"The monarch asserted his keenness on Egypt's stability," Shoukry said.
He asserted interrelation between Egypt's and the Gulf states' security.
