
Member in Palestinian Fatah Central Committee Azzam al-Ahmad underlined that Egypt has the right to establish a buffer zone on the borders with Gaza so as to achieve security and stability.
Al-Ahmad's remark came on the sidelines of the Arab Parliament's meetings held at the premises of the Arab League (AL).
"We are part of this battle that Egypt has launched against black terrorism", he noted.
He further called on the Egyptian media to be accurate in carrying news, adding that till now no Egyptian official has declared that a Palestinian is involved in the incidents.
The Egyptian-Palestinian relations are deeply-rooted, al-Ahmad underscored.
